Production
From 1 January 2024, Verbeek and Ter Heerdt have entered into an extensive cooperation regarding the production of hatching eggs, one-day-old chicks and 17-week-old pullets. This means a strategic cooperation in which the production activities of both companies will be merged into Ter Heerdt - Verbeek Productie B.V.. By joining forces in this way, we increase the possibilities for more customisation, synergy and flexibility and can thus operate decisively in the European market. Both companies will retain their own identity in the market, with Verbeek remaining supplier of Novogen and Hy-line pullets and chicks, and Ter Heerdt of Lohmann pullets and chicks. We are convinced that this will prepare us for the future and enable us to continue delivering the quality the customer has come to expect from us.
