The Verbeek team consists of around 50 full-time and part-time employees, with a love for poultry and poultry farming. Together they form a close team within a flat organisational structure with fast communication lines, resulting in a high level of involvement and responsibility.

Our rearing specialists strive to deliver only the best and are not satisfied until a top-quality flock of laying hens is delivered. They work closely with our regular rearing specialists and vets, who are dedicated to rearing hens that meet our customers' specific requirements. To ensure a smooth transition from rearing to laying hen, we support poultry farmers. Our specialists have in-depth knowledge of genetics and management, feeding and housing systems, enabling them to optimally guide the hens during this transition phase.
